Stabilizer containing effective lead-based thermal stabilizers.
The high percentage of lead stabilizers makes this stabilizer suitable for the production of various cable insulations and coatings. Additionally, the high content of lead soaps ensures improved electrical properties of the cable. The lubricity of this product is lower than that of GH220-XXCBL.

The temperature setting and arrangement for different zones of the compounding machine vary depending on the type of machine, screw configuration, number of heating zones, L/D ratio, motor speed, production rate, and other processing parameters. However, under identical machine conditions, the set temperatures for the GH221-XXCBL stabilizer should be approximately 10°C lower than those for GH220-XXCBL. Also, due to the thermal stability of GH221-XXCBL compared to GH220-XXCBL, the consumption amount of this stabilizer can be lower.

Processing Aids:
